He also worked as a Production & Maintenance Manager at PT Petro Oxo Nusantara. Since 2021, he has been serving as the Director of Operations at the company.

Pendidikan: Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institut Teknologi 10 Nopember (ITS) Surabaya in 1988.

Arief Wibisono

President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Vice President Commissioner of the company in 2021. Currently also serving as the Head of Legal Bureau, Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance in 2021. Started a career in the Ministry of Finance in 1993. Previously held positions as the Head of Legal Section for Services and Finance and Agreement in the Legal Bureau (2008-2011), Head of Administration Section I in the Organization and Administration Bureau (2011-2017), and Chief Change Management Officer in the Chief Transformation Office (2017-2019). In 2019, officially became an Expert Staff in the field of State Asset Management.

Pendidikan: Obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Diponegoro, graduated in 1992. Obtained a Master of Laws degree in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University, United States, graduated in 2000. Obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Universitas Indonesia, graduated in 2014.

Herdia Supriatna

Commissioner

He has more than 15 (fifteen) years of experience in the financial sector, including at Bank Niaga (1990-1999), and as Vice President at the National Banking Restructuring Agency (BPPN) (2003-2004). He also served as Finance Director at PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries (TubanPetro) (2004-2007) and as Compliance, Legal, and General Director at PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries (TubanPetro) (2007-May 2019).

Pendidikan: Bachelor of Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural Institute, Bogor (1985), and Master of Management from IPMI-Business School, Jakarta (2005).
