The Business Committee consists of 3 (three) members from the Company's Board of Directors consisting of a chairman and a member representing each shareholder.

To support its functions and duties, the Board of Directors established a Business Committee that is responsible for the Company's business functions, including but not limited to raw material purchasing, catalyst purchasing, product sales and vessel leasing.
