On Friday, October 6 2023, Petro Oxo Nusantara, with government & community organs in the Lumpur sub-district held an Socialization regarding the impact of the El-Nino phenomenon & the dangers of land fires in the Lumpur sub-district hall. This activity was attended by the Head Lumpur Sub-district & Officials, Head of the RT in Lumpur Sub-district, the Head of the RW in Lumpur Sub-district, the Head of LMPK Lumpur & community army & police officers. The presentation of the socialization material was directly delivered by Mr. Eddy Murtono as SHE Superintendent of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara. The presentation of the material went smoothly and the enthusiasm of the community was quite good considering that the prolonged dry season has caused land & forest fires in several regions in Indonesia. Apart from that, at the sub-district level there are still people who burn their waste which has the potential to become large and uncontrolled. It is hoped that this socialization can increase residents' awareness of the potential that can occur and form new habits at the community level in the Lumpur sub-district.
