From November to December 2021, PT Petro Oxo Nusantara conducted Training & Outbound for all PON personnel which was divided into 4 waves. This training & outbound is held to strengthen the Core Competency that every PON member must possess. Core Competency of PON is divided into 4 values: 1. Integrity & Ethics 2. Customer Satisfaction 3. Teamwork 4. Innovation
By using a simulation game that adheres to the values from the Core Competency of PON, it is hoped that every PON personnel will be more prepared and enthusiastic in carrying out their duties and obligations.
