On Monday (14/6), PT Petro Oxo Nusantara held a Talent Management program in collaboration with colleagues from the Faculty of Economics & Business Airlangga University Surabaya. Talent Management Program is a competency identification program of the manpower of an organization/company. Generally, this program will last about a few weeks to months because it involves all personnel in an organization/company. This program was started by holding one-on-one discussions with all personnel of PT Petro Oxo Nusantara. This discussion needs to be carried out to analyze each job description of each PT Petro Oxo Nusantara personnel and identify the strengths and competencies of each personnel.
Later, this program will produce a competency dictionary that will be used as a reference material for PON management in mapping out PON’s manpower in all lines of the company. This program is deemed necessary by PT Petro Oxo Nusantara to be implemented in order to be able to carry out self-development for PON employees in line with the company's motto, namely "Breakthrough to the Next level", and prepare all PON personnel to be able to tackle the company's challenges in the future"
